Submagic alternative
A Submagic alternative that covers every Indian language and charges in rupees.
Submagic is built entirely around fast captions with a viral look, and it is good at them. Two things about its plans matter to Indian creators. Prices are in dollars. And they count videos, not minutes: Starter gives fifteen a month, none longer than 2 minutes.
Captionwale counts minutes of speech instead. Ten Reels of 30 seconds each use 5 minutes in total, however they are split, and you can restyle or re-export as often as you like without using any more.
What you get
Why creators use Captionwale for this
Bengali, Odia and Urdu as well
Every one of the 12 languages Captionwale transcribes is Indian or Indian English, each written in its own script. A Kolkata creator's Bengali comes out in Bengali script, and an Urdu shayari clip comes out in Urdu.
Counted in minutes, not videos
Starter costs ₹399 a month and includes 90 minutes. Use those minutes on as many short clips as they cover; exports are unlimited on every plan.
Hinglish as people type it
Pick romanised output and Hindi is written in English letters, with English words left alone, the way most Indian Reels captions are written.
