Instagram Reels

Reels captions that still do their job when the sound is off.

People usually meet a Reel with the volume down. On that screen the caption is not a nice extra. It is the only thing selling your opening line until a viewer decides to unmute.

So two details matter more than the wording itself. Does each word appear at the exact moment it is said? And does the text stay out from under Instagram's own buttons and labels?

What you get

Why creators use Captionwale for this

  • Timed to each word, not to a block

The model hands every word its own start and end time. Karaoke and pop styles light up on the beat and do not slide out of step by the third line.

  • Kept clear of Instagram's overlays

Out of the box, the captions sit in a safe band away from your username, the post text and the like-comment-share column. Drag the block wherever you want and fine-tune it in tiny percentage steps.

  • Drawn into the video itself

You download an MP4 with the words baked into the picture. There is no separate file to upload, and you are not relying on Instagram's automatic captions.

How it works

From upload to export

  1. Bring in the Reel

Any MP4 or MOV, vertical or not. Switching to 9:16 takes a single tap in the aspect menu.

  2. Choose a look

Try any of 103 styles made for short videos: popping words, karaoke fills, one word per beat.

  3. Position the captions

Drag the block into place, or move it in small steps so it stays clear of the buttons on any phone.

  4. Download and share

Save the MP4 with captions inside it and post it on Instagram the way you always do.

Questions

Asked before trying it

Is Instagram's auto-caption feature still needed?

No. Your words are part of the video, so every viewer sees them whatever their settings say. If you also want Instagram's accessibility captions, you can switch those on as well.

Could the Reels buttons cover my captions?

Not in the default position, which keeps the text inside a safe area away from Instagram's overlays. If your shot needs the words somewhere else, drag them and set the position by percentage.

Which frame shapes can I download?

9:16 for Reels, and also 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 from the same clip. Handy when a single recording is headed to Reels and to YouTube on the same day.

Will the same video work on Facebook Reels and WhatsApp Status?

Yes. You can post it on Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts or as a WhatsApp Status, just as you would any clip. Because the text is part of the picture, it shows even when the app has no captions of its own.

Reel par caption kaise add kare?

Pehle apni Reel ka video upload karo. Language select karo ya auto-detect par chhod do, phir Romanised ya native script chun ke transcribe karo. Har word theek usi waqt screen par aata hai jab bola jaata hai. Jo word galat aaya ho use sudhaaro, koi style pick karo, MP4 download karo aur Instagram par daal do. Free account par har mahine 2 minute ka transcription free rehta hai, aur free export ke upar ek chhota Captionwale badge lagta hai.
