About
Captions made for how India talks
Most caption tools were built for American English and treat everything else as noise. Indian creators speak in a mix — Hindi with English, Tamil with English, slang from three cities in one sentence.
Captionwale starts from that mix. It hears 12 Indian languages, writes them the way you want them read, and hands you every word to check before anything is exported.
How it works
One loop, four steps
STEP 01
Drop in a clip
Any MP4 or MOV. Choose the spoken language or let the model detect it — it tells you what it heard, so nothing is a guess.
STEP 02
Get every word, timed
Not a paragraph: each word arrives with its own start and end, which is what keeps captions on the beat to the very last line.
STEP 03
Fix it and style it
Correct a word, split a line, nudge a timing, then pick from 103+ styles and tune colours, fonts and motion.
STEP 04
Export
Burn the captions into an MP4, or download SRT and VTT for YouTube, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
What we believe
Four promises we build around
Mixing languages is normal
Hinglish, Tanglish, Benglish — people switch mid-sentence all the time. The speech models behind this were picked for Indian speech, so a line that starts in Hindi and ends on an English word comes back as one sentence.
Your footage is yours
Only the audio leaves your device, and only to be transcribed. The video is captioned and exported in your own browser, which is also why every plan exports without limit.
You get the last word
Every word can be edited, every timing moved, every style changed. Fixing a mistake never spends your transcription minutes again.
Plain pricing, in rupees
