Agencies & teams

Captions for agencies juggling many clients at once.

Agencies rarely need one perfect video. The real load is thirty clips a week spread over eight clients and four languages, each client with a font and colour of its own, and every clip checked before it goes out.

That is more about workflow than transcription. The words need to come back accurate enough that review is a read-through, and setting up each brand's look has to be quick.

What you get

Why creators use Captionwale for this

  • Every regional brief in one place

Kannada for a client in Bengaluru, Bengali for one in Kolkata, Hinglish for a Delhi brand: one editor handles all of it, with 12 languages available natively, in Latin letters, or as English.

  • On-brand without a designer

Start from 103 styles, then set font, size, colours, emphasis colour and placement to match each client's guidelines. Safe-zone guides keep captions away from each platform's buttons.

  • Hand over what the editors want

Deliver a finished MP4, or give the editing team an SRT or VTT to drop onto their Premiere or Resolve timeline.

How it works

From upload to export

  1. Upload the approved cut

The version the client signed off on, as MP4 or MOV.

  2. Transcribe to the brief

Native script, romanised, or English translation.

  3. Apply the brand look

That client's fonts, colours, emphasis and position.

  4. Hand it over

A burned-in MP4 at up to 2K, or the subtitle files each platform needs.

Questions

Asked before trying it

Which plan works for an agency?

Pro is made for this: 8 hours of transcription a month, clean 2K exports with the Captionwale mark removed, the Dynamic templates, and SRT plus VTT files. Only transcription uses minutes, so client revisions cost nothing extra.

Can we caption a language no one on the team speaks?

Quality will match any other clip, but get a speaker of that language to read it before it reaches the client. A model is most likely to miss names, slang and tone, and someone who does not speak the language will not notice.
