Delivery Policy
Captionwale is provided entirely online. No goods are shipped and no delivery fee is charged. We publish this page because payment providers ask for one, and so that it is clear what "delivery" means for a service like ours.

01What you get
- Access to the online editor through your account, as soon as payment is made.
- Caption files in SRT and VTT format, and MP4 videos with captions, created when you request them and downloaded straight to your device.
- We send no physical products, and we do not collect any shipping address.
02When you get it
- A plan upgrade takes effect within seconds of Razorpay confirming the payment.
- If your payment succeeds but your plan stays the same, a daily check that compares successful payments with the plans applied will catch it within a day. There is no need to wait for that check: email us the payment id and we will apply the plan right away.
- A short clip is usually transcribed in much less than a minute, and longer clips take proportionately more time.
- Exporting a video happens on your own device, so the time it takes depends on that device and on the clip's length.
03If something is not delivered
- Minutes are not used up by a failed transcription, and if they ever are, we restore them.
- Write to support@captionwale.com and we will fix it, either by restoring your minutes or by extending your paid period by the time lost. The payments themselves remain final, as explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
04Where the service is available
- You can use the service from any place that has an internet connection.
- Prices are in INR, and Razorpay processes payments in India.
