Before you pay
What counts as transcription time?
Only the length of the audio you transcribe. Exporting the same project again — once or fifty times — costs nothing extra.
What are Dynamic templates?
The 65 animated templates in the Dynamic collection: cut-out letters, chat bubbles, phone notifications, shine sweeps and layouts that change from one caption to the next. Anyone can try them on their own clip in the editor; exporting a video that uses one needs Studio (₹999/month) or Pro (₹1,499/month), monthly or yearly. Every other template exports on every plan.
Do you keep my footage?
No. Rendering happens in your browser, so the video never has to leave your device to be exported. The audio goes to the transcription provider to make the captions and is not kept for training.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with one button. Monthly plans renew automatically unless you untick that at checkout — your bank asks you to approve the mandate once, warns you at least 24 hours before each payment, and you can stop it from your account page at any time. Stopping keeps everything you have paid for to the end of that period; only the next payment is cancelled. The one-time watermark removal never renews. Payments already made are final and are not returned.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay. Everything is charged in rupees, so there is no currency conversion.
